Adopt a Catch Basin: 10th Birthday Party｜Saturday, October 31, 10:30 AM–12:30 PM
The City of Vancouver’s Adopt a Catch Basin Program is celebrating its 10th birthday with a special community event at City Hall!
The program helps residents keep storm drains clear of leaves and debris to reduce the risk of street flooding. The Halloween celebration features trick-or-treating, arts and crafts, and opportunities to meet neighbours. Guests are welcome to wear a Halloween costume or comfortable clothes suitable for cleaning a catch basin.
It’s a fun opportunity for international students and working holiday participants to connect with the local community and learn about Vancouver’s environmental initiatives.
