Tanya Marcuse: Portent｜September 9–December 5
Tanya Marcuse’s video work Portent is on view at The Image Centre! The multichannel video presents ominous scenes from the natural world, including swaying trees, volcanic vapour, and icy branches illuminated by flickering light. The fixed frame contrasts with the restless movement of nature, creating a sense of both beauty and unease. A free opportunity for international students and working holiday participants to experience contemporary art in Toronto.
